Communication system

I open this topic to discuss which communication system do we want for the group communication within the site. As Dieter pointed, first part consist in imagining the ideal system we want. In a second part we will see what we can achieve, which system is technically possible in terms of our resources.

Using a forum, as a communication system itself, will show us its pros and cons by the way.
